100 participants deliver a 2-minute speech showcasing their message and impact. Top 15 advance.

Round 2
15 participants present a 10-minute keynote-style talk. Top 8 advance to the final round.

Round 3
8 finalists deliver another 10-minute keynote. Five winners are selected to speak at the Summit.

What if I don't win—can I still be involved in the summit?
Absolutely! Non-winning contestants can still attend the event, participate in panels or breakout discussions, and engage in networking sessions.
